My son was an avid horseman and often participated in 4H horse shows and community playdays. These were his first pair of spurs. I still have them and the memories of those years. Now he hand forges Damascus steel to create spurs for the public. He recently contributed a pair of engraved spurs to raise funds for the Happy Trails children's charity. I am very proud of his accomplishments.
